R.E.M., a band from Athens, Georgia, got their name from the acronym for Rapid Eye Movement, a stage of sleep. This video is created from just 20 seconds of footage of a pool party in California. The camera zooms in on various areas as they are repeated and reversed.

Richard Williams, better known by his stage name Prince Ea, is an American spoken word artist, poet, rapper, and filmmaker. He formed the "Make 'SMART' Cool" movement in 2009, which is dedicated to promoting the ideals of education, intelligence, unity, and creativity through hip hop.

The song tells of a teenage romance and first sexual experience with a girl who wears a beret the color of raspberries.

The song appeared on Prince's album “Parade” and was a worldwide hit. NME puts “Kiss” at number 4 on their Greatest Songs of All Time list.

Prince narrates a one-night stand with a beautiful but promiscuous woman (the "Little Red Corvette" of the title). He uses several other automobile metaphors in the song.
