Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson arrive at the scene of a crime: a man has been murdered.

In search of a motive for the murder, Holmes, Watson and the Inspector learn that, unbeknownst to his own family, the murdered man had just married. Furthermore, and perhaps more importantly, his new bride stood to inherit his estate. But could it all be that simple?
