Kate visits the Grand Lake Nordic Center and shows us the equipment and technique of Nordic skiing. It may look easy, but with no chairlift in sight, it's hard work, and definitely good exercise.

Kate lives in Grand Lake, Colorado, a small town that is considered the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Kate’s friend Tom is inspired by the cold and recent snow to go out and take a plunge in the icy lake!

The skipper of the Aqua Quest gives us an introductory tour on his boat. He explains the different electronic equipment that is necessary on a boat and talks about some new improvements which have made life easier for him and his crew.

This is part two of the documentary about the Aqua Quest. This time Bob Mayne shows us the sleeping quarters of his crew as well as the galley and what usually gets cooked up for breakfast.

Building something that works can bring a lot of satisfaction. In this case, it's building bikes. Paul likes figuring things out, and seeing what works and what doesn't. Together with a friend, he embarks on a challenging project: building an electric cargo bike!

Paul goes into detail about what materials he used to construct the electric cargo bike. Some features turned out to be essential, such as the kick-stand.

In the waning light, Paul talks about some safety accessories he dreams of putting on the bike, which is still a work in progress. He also talks about the paint job. All in all, he had fun using his knowledge and also learning new things.

Central Park lies between the East and West Side of New York City, and today John is there by the frosty waters of the Jackie Kennedy Onassis Reservoir. It’s a popular place for New Yorkers to go jogging, and was once featured in a movie starring Dustin Hoffman.

In Central Park, John finds himself next to a sculpture of the Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen, author of some of the world’s best loved stories, including "The Ugly Duckling."

John visits the Alice in Wonderland sculpture in Manhattan's Central Park, where he ponders the meaning of Lewis Carroll’s curious and imaginative literary work.

Luana and Austin give us some tips on how to get a date, with a few different scenarios. Although the tips are aimed at young people, you're never too old to go out on a date!
