"Bad Guy," a song from Billy Eilish’s first studio album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? tells us that although she’s young, she’s not at all afraid to be bad. Any guy she knows had better watch out!

The Irish Rovers is a Irish-Canadian folk band. Their song "Titanic" is a tribute to the famous RMS Titanic, written on its 100th Anniversary. It tells of the ship’s beginnings and Irish pride, as well as its devastating sinking.

An animated video of the festive British carol, “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” The carol's origins are not known, but it was first written down in 1935 by Arthur Sydney Warrell, a Bristol choirmaster.

The British band Madness had a major UK hit with this song, and with good reason: heartfelt and nutty in equal measure, it would bring the house down at every Madness show. The video — filmed above and below water — is one of their classics, with cameo appearances by Big Bird, a killer whale, and Labi Siffre, who wrote the song.

Australians Kylie Minogue and Nick Cave of the band Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds sing a beautiful but macabre duet about a man who brought his sweetheart to a river and killed her. A 19th century Irish song entitled “Down in the Willow Garden” inspired Cave to write the song.

"Frosty the Snowman" is a popular seasonal song, written by Walter "Jack" Rollins and Steve Nelson, about a snowman who comes to life and plays with the kids who built him. He knows very well he won't stay alive for long.

There are plenty of examples of the conditional tense in this song. It's common to say "if I was," but it's technically incorrect. It should be, "if I were." We have left it as is in this song.
